Montgomery County Recreation Updates

Due to Covid-19 the County will keep our recreation centers closed. The terrific Recreation Team have been working around the clock to develop stimulating program for all ages. While the summer months last it is an excellent time to get outdoors and safely enjoy some physical activity.

Free events include:
Exercise at Home for Seniors (Outdoor)
Ages 55 & Up
Thursdays, Aug. 6 - Sept. 17
9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
An instructor will come to your residence to teach you how to exercise at home using bodyweight, stretch bands and household items. This 30 minute class is held outside your dwelling, and a 6 ft distance is maintained between student/students and instructor. For all fitness levels, with an emphasis on Strength Training.
