Hydration and Nutrition Challenges in End of Life Care Caregiver Training by JSSA Hospice
Training addresses highly sensitive issue of why people stop eating at the end of life, and how to help residents, families and staff understand and accept this step in decline. Emphasis is placed on identifying what is important to the patient, and helping caregivers reframe the nurturing nature of feeding and eating.
