Free Screening of Turning Point - Aug 28

BrightFocus Foundation and Leadership Montgomery is co-sponsoring a public event to increase awareness of Alzheimer’s and related dementia among the county’s private and public sector leaders, we will be screening a new documentary Turning Point, a film which follows scientists and clinical trial volunteers in the quest for a drug to slow or stop Alzheimer’s. The documentary is directed by James Keach, whose film I’ll Be Me chronicled Glen Campbell’s Alzheimer’s journey. BrightFocus is a presentation partner of Turning Point.

The event will be held at Montgomery College’s Takoma Park campus on Wednesday August 28
