About our tests
We offer testing to all Montgomery County residents.
Our clinics provide nasal swab tests from CIAN Diagnostic Laboratories in Frederick. You take the sample yourself. The tests are molecular tests. Also called PCR tests, these diagnostic tests detect genetic material of the COVID-19 virus using a lab technique called polymerase chain reaction (PCR). We do not offer antibody testing at any of our clinics.
Getting your test results

You should receive test results within 5 to 7 days through a secure, encrypted email from No-Reply-COVIDResults@montgomerycountymd.gov . Be sure to check your spam/junk folder.
If you did not give us your email address, someone from the County’s Disease Control Program will call you with results. The number will appear as 240-773-1000. It is NOT a sales call, so please answer!
If you don’t receive your results within 7 days after your test, contact your testing site
