Connection to Essential Health Care

One of the missions for CCACC COVID Vaccine Clinic is to connected those who are uninsured, low income Montgomery County residents to essential medical service, regardless of their status of citizenship . These community members will be eligible for low cost essential medical service, and free preventive service with us. Visit here for more details.

蒙郡基礎關懷項目

CCACC疫苗注射活動的重點服務對象是因語言隔閡，缺乏網絡技術以及醫療保險狀況等原因，而難以獲得新冠疫苗接種的社區居民。CCACC健康醫療中心即泛亞義務門診部（“泛亞”），是蒙郡社會安全網絡內的醫療單位（safety net clinic）。作為蒙郡基礎聯盟項目的成員，泛亞長期與蒙郡政府合作，為蒙郡的弱勢群體提供必要的醫療服務。本次的新冠疫苗注射的一個重點，就是為沒有保險，低收入的居民提供新冠疫苗服務。同時，我們也會現場為他們註冊蒙郡醫療關懷項目（Montgomery Care）。這樣，直至本年底，這些沒有醫療保險的蒙郡居民，都可以在泛亞診所享受免費的疾病預防服務（包括體檢和婦女檢查），以及低價的醫療服務（每次看診只需支付25美元），及時照顧身體健康，防病與未然，或者防病於微時。
