Journaling for Self-Care


Every Tuesday in April from 4pm to 5pm

Independence Now presents a limited workshop series: Journaling for Self-Care; a 4-week group workshop.

As we welcome spring and the warm weather ahead, we'll take some time to identify how our lives could be more fulfilling, joyful, and connected.
 
April 6th - Intentions: What is your self-love language? What are your self-care goals and why do they matter?
 
April 13th - Action: How can we take steps to deepen our daily happiness? When will we bravely explore new tools and activities?
 
April 20th - Assessment: What’s working, what’s not? How can you make your routine energizing and easy?
 
April 27th - Accomplices: How do we create community to support our self-care? Who will be our thrive partners?
