In a full Q&A session, discuss concerns/issues related to being a caregiver for an aged or disabled loved one, such as:
● Labor of love, obligation can blind caregiver to their own physical and emotional needs
● Rules of engagement needed with loved one. e.g., checking daily schedule, taking medication, need for down time
● Dealing with confused, angry, or hostile individual
● Making use of local resources: outside help or respite care; psychological or medical support; caregiver support group.
